SREG, LLC (formerly Salomon Real Estate Group) is a company based in Atlanta, Georgia. It provides professional services that “add value” to retail real estate through the development of credit shopping centers, Build–To-Suits and the repositioning of existing assets. SREG draws on over 50 years of experience in retail real estate. The company’s objectives are to build strong, long-term relationships with credit retail tenants that focus on either ground up or re-development in the Southeast. SREG services retail clients by creating well-positioned store locations, building quality retail developments tailored to our client’s unique needs, while simultaneously keeping occupancy costs as low as possible. The operations of the company are rooted in the various skill sets of its team members, the understanding of all facets of retail real estate, relationships, transparency, creativity, and commitment to excellence. The result has been superior projects for tenants and positive returns for investors and partners.

Andy is the founding member of SREG and brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the retail real estate industry. He is responsible for establishing SREG’s mission and its short- and long-term strategy. He also oversees tenant relationships, project design, marketing, debt/equity placement and industry relationships. Prior to starting his own development company, Andy was the lead partner responsible for leasing at The Shopping Center Group, LLC, and was Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Florida. While away from the office, he enjoys golf and working out.

Bryan Fields is an independent real estate investor and developer. From 1984 to 2002, Mr. Fields was with Home Depot’s real estate department. During his time at the company, Home Depot’s store count increased from 19 stores to 1300. Following his Home Depot career, Bryan was a founding member of Millennium Retail Partners, a retail real estate consultancy. He developed CB Square Shopping Center in Jacksonville, FL anchored by Circuit City and Bed, Bath and Beyond and with partners developed Lake City Commons (Publix Grocery) and South Harbor Shopping Center (Kohls and Petsmart). Currently, his primary focus is on deploying capital to real estate investments through Fields Family Ventures. Bryan previously served on the boards of Midtown Bank and then First Landmark Bank where he was a member of the Executive Committee and the Loan Committee. Previous non-profit roles include President of Davis Academy School, Board Member of the Marcus Jewish Community Center where he chaired the facilities committee, and VP of Atlanta Jewish Federation. He is currently on the Board of the Ansley Park Civic Association where he serves as Treasurer. Bryan resides in Ansley Park, Atlanta with his wife Barbara. Mr. Fields earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to SREG. He is responsible for executing the company’s mission and strategy and manages SREG’s corporate operations. Additionally, Scott is responsible for managing relationships with lenders, investors, brokers and other third-party groups involved in acquisition, development, leasing, management and disposition of development sites. Prior to joining SREG, Scott held senior positions at BVT Equity Holdings, Lincoln Property Company, Parthenon Realty, and Crocker Realty Trust where he directed or supported efforts in asset management, property management, leasing, acquisition, and disposition involving retail, multifamily, office and industrial properties totaling in excess of $2.2 billion in value. Scott is a Georgia licensed real estate broker and has held memberships in numerous organizations including ICSC, BOMA, NAIOP, and the Georgia Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Farber earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University with concentrations in Marketing and Management. His hobbies include traveling, hiking, biking, and tennis.

With over 25 years of expertise in commercial real estate development, Chuck serves as the Vice President of Development and Construction at SREG. He supports the firm’s growth strategy through comprehensive oversight of new development projects. Prior to joining SREG, Chuck held leadership roles at prominent firms such as Brixmor Property Group and Faison. As VP of Redevelopment at Brixmor, he played a pivotal role in overseeing the successful reinvestment of approximately $335 million into over 55 redevelopment projects, aimed at enhancing property value and profitability for stakeholders and tenants alike. Additionally, as Director of Retail Development at Faison, Chuck led the development of five new power centers totaling over 2 million square feet. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Ball State University, providing him with a unique perspective on integrating environmental considerations into real estate development. Beyond his professional endeavors, Chuck enjoys spending time with family, golfing, traveling, and participating in ultramarathons.

Matt brings over 20 years of retail real estate experience to SREG. He began his career in brokerage before transitioning to corporate real estate, most recently working for Verizon and Aspen Dental where he oversaw new store openings throughout the southeast. He is responsible for procuring and managing tenant relationships within SREG. He holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons.

Stefanie is a New Jersey native, making her way south to attend Emory University. Stefanie graduated from Emory with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and marketing. She has experience in both industries, beginning her career at Merrill Lynch and Deutche Bank, and ultimately jumping to explore the world of advertising at BBDO worldwide. Stefanie brings a combination of project management experience, creativity, and the ability to “get things done.” She lives in Sandy Springs with her husband, daughter and son. Her passions include fashion, interior design, and youth sports.
