Andy founded and established SREG 13 years ago. For the previous 9 years, he was one of the principals of Pellerin & Salomon Development. Andy brings over 30 years of knowledge in the retail real estate industry. He is responsible for the company’s short and long-term strategy and oversees tenant relationships, project design, marketing, and industry relationships. Before starting his development companies, Andy was a partner at TSCG, responsible for establishing the Landlord division at TSCG, and a Vice President at CBRE. Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
