Bryan is an independent real estate investor and developer. From 1984 to 2002, Mr. Fields was the head of Home Depot’s real estate department where he oversaw the organization’s US and International growth. During his tenure, Home Depot’s store count increased from 19 stores to 1300. Following his Home Depot career, Bryan was a founding member of Millennium Retail Partners, a retail real estate consultancy. He developed CB Square Shopping Center in Jacksonville, FL anchored by Circuit City and Bed, Bath and Beyond and with partners developed Lake City Commons (Publix Grocery) and South Harbor Shopping Center (Kohls and PetSmart). Currently, his primary focus is on deploying capital to real estate investments through Fields Family Ventures. Bryan previously served on the boards of Midtown Bank and then First Landmark Bank where he was a member of the Executive Committee and the Loan Committee. Previous non-profit roles include President of Davis Academy School, Board Member of the Marcus Jewish Community Center where he chaired the facilities committee, and VP of Atlanta Jewish Federation. He is currently on the Board of the Ansley Park Civic Association where he serves as Treasurer. Mr. Fields earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
